Another change the 2017 Acadia sees is that it lost near 7000 pounds. This weight loss makes the Acadia easier to maneuver and make turns. The Acadia delivers a capable and enjoyable performance on the road, too. Acceleration is exceptional, especially when equipped with the V6 engine, taking off from stops quickly and efficiently. While many vehicles struggle up hill, the Acadia excels in this area. But, as quick as it is to accelerate, it is also great at stops.
