John is great salesman my 2019 ford flex had been totaled I said to John I would like to get a GMC canyon but I wanted to wait till the 2026 come out he said no problem our sister dealership has two you just have to decide black or red

I had a 7:30 appointment that I was scheduled to sit and wait for. At the last minute I changed it to a drop off and left my key in the night box- big mistake. I made the first reach to the service department 1:31PM when I hadn't heard anything. The car hadn't even been looked at, makes me wonder if they would have let me sit all morning in that waiting area or if it would have been prioritized to at least be seen. I was told I'd get a call back in 20-30 minutes, that call came at 3:39PM and even though I approved part of the work, they didn't have the part and wouldn't until the next day. The call that the work was done came at 4:25PM the next day, the wait it was handled was not ideal and the wait seems excessive to me. I was told loud sound of engine running was broken exhaust stud and gasket, car is makes negligibly less noise. My dash read that I need the oil changed, I had it changed somewhere else and they didn't reset the notification. I did tell the associate that, also pretty sure I asked if they could do the reset, it wasn't done. Not a huge deal but very annoying after starting the car and it still running so loud. When I got the call back letting me know of all the work needed to fix my issues I was informed of the repair needed to fix the squeaking noise from the back, it's about $800. I advised I wanted to put it off until next week/payday but wanted to schedule it (scheduling this appointment through the portal was not ideal as it pushed me back a week), I did ask if I could schedule it or if I had to use the portal. I was told to call them back the week before I wanted the work so they could order the part, this is the week before. Definitely wasn't made to feel like a valued customer this go round. Contemplating whether or not to continue as a service client and whether I'd even recommend the dealership as I prefer to be a one-stop-shop kind of customer. My rating is only as high as it is because I can't totally disregard past great experiences.

My GMC Siera was due for PA Inspection, so I called my dealer for an appointment. Making the appointment took about 1 minute. I took my truck over on the day of the appointment at 8 am and was on my home at 9:30. Can't get any better than that!

They always listen to my concerns and they talk down to me. And when I can't afford all the repairs I need, they let me know what can wait and what needs to done right away. Which for a single mom helps me so much.

The service team at Faulkner Buick GMC helped me out big time. It took a bit longer than I was expecting to get my SUV's battery replaced, but it was done and I am grateful. The whole process was smooth.

The Faulkner Service Dept. has done an exceptional job explaining the repair required and other work detailed that can be scheduled at that time or future. Key for me is that service personnel has tried to schedule appointment immediately when the repair required immediate attention. Kudos to Jeremey at Faulkner Paxton Street. On the other hand the Sales Dept., is missing big sales opportunities not acknowledging the customers waiting for car repairs.

Bob was amazing and very thorough as we test drove vehicles. Once we decided on a vehicle to Purchase it made it simple and quick.

So I was there at 7:30 for my appointment but because of the snow only one person was there to tell me you weren't open until 9 AM. I checked before I left my house to make sure you were closed. Nothing on email, text nor website. Trust me -I got up super early to clear off my car to make sure I did not miss my appointment. I was not happy when I got there and found out you were closed. Now on the other hand. The person there (wish I knew his name whose has helped me many times) was going to call a car to take me home etc. I chose just to stay there because well why not - somebody taking me home coming back wasting time. It sounds like a bad review but not. Even after changing the open time to 10 AM - someone agreed to come in and take care of my service and they did. I was out of there pretty much only an hour extra. Thank you. I have always thought your service was A1. Suggestion: Post service time delays online and text folks who have appointments.

Got my appointment scheduled quickly and had all my issues fixed

Didn’t expect an oil change to take 1 hour 40 minutes. Work was done nice and I was notified of your 40% increase in the future. That being, I normally spent around $120 for a oil change and tire rotation and now the oil change is going to be around $160 and the tire rotation around $40 for $200+ in the future. I will start rotating the tires on my own and either do the oil change on my own or have another company do it if I can find it at a reasonable price.

I scheduled my truck for service a week ago. When I showed up for my service I was told I was not on the schedule. However, they accommodated me to receive the service at that time.

Good service, but, took a long time. I was told 1 1/2 hours, it took 2 1/2 hours.

There was a lack communication from your end. I droped off my car the night before but since I did not hear from anyone, I left a message in he early afternoon. I called again about 2:40 PM and talked to Tyler who gave me the details of the A/C repair. He also indicated that was a slight leak in the cooling system which was news to me. I declined any additional servive work because I did not have time to see what he was talking about. Over the years, I have received better communicaton.

This is the third vehicle that I have purchased from Bob Liberacki & Faulkner. I purchased one other GMC truck at a different dealership in Lebanon, Pennsylvania and Faulkner and Bob are far and above any service that I received at Bennett.

Everything was well explained and what was needed

On 5/30/26 I was there for routine inspection. I had and paid for oil change, emissions and the inspection. I was told I needed muffler and both front control arms. Service suggested I go to the locals MEINEKE right up the street for the muffler and come back there for the control arms. I went to MEINEKE the same day and made appointment for the muffler on Monday 6/01/26. On 6/03/26 right after there was now an issue with the transfer case a $3600 fix. I know that happened during the service for muffler so I took the vehicle back to Faulkner. I was either going to fix my vehicle or get new one there, but was told by MEINEKE that they were talking to service at Faulkner and service was saying there was no way MEINEKE damaged my car. My question is how do they know? They weren’t there is there at the time of service! I’ve been a faithful customer at Faulkner but realized Faulkner was not faithful to me! I needed a loaner vehicle while I was deciding on fixing my vehicle or getting a new one I called several times and was told they would call me back and let me know. I’ve since purchased a vehicle from Faulkner Nissan and will deal with MEINEKE but I don’t need Faulkner GMC service inserting themselves in this issue because like they told me they don’t know what happened at MEINEKE!!

The service and maintenance work was done well. Very pleased with that service. My only constructive comment would be to not put so much emphasis on “up-selling” additional, non-necessary maintenance work to customers in addition to the specific maintenance work their vehicle is in the shop for.

I am Disappointment with the service They didn’t fill my antifreeze for my truck. I noticed later that the coolant level was still low. Please make sure to check this before returning the vehicle to costumers.

I worked with Rob for about a month due to the time constraints on my schedule. He went above and beyond and was very accommodating. Taking care of anything I needed and promptly addressing any concerns or needs. Top tier salesman who was not pushy unlike most car salesmen. Ben in financing was also super friendly and helpful throughout the deal. Even giving us a great recommendation for lunch. Overall, between the two here that I dealt with, I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone due to the A+ service and friendly atmosphere that they provided. Buying a new vehicle is very stressful at times and these two made it seamless and took all the pain out of the ordinary experience.

I requested that someone look near the front bumper at a part that had broken and began dragging on the road. A repair had been made at a service station and they recommended replacing a different part that the dragging part gets screwed into. I did not receive any information about this and forgot to ask after waiting for my car for 2.5 hours.

John was a great sales person to work with. He isn't about all the pomp and circumstance. I highly value not dealing with pushy sales people or the ones that like to waste your time. I appreciate John respecting my time and making the process effortless. One area of improvement is the tactics to push purchasing the extended warranty when in the finance office signing the paperwork. I politely said I was not interested several times but they kept insisting I needed it. They then brough the GM in to try and make it cheaper and push it more. I do not appreciate my time being wasted when I said no several times. If a customer says they aren't interested, then that should be the end of the conversation. Besides that, all other aspects of the dealer experience were great.
