Josh was great at explaining everything.

Staff is always one of the best I've ever met at an establishment. Everyone is so kind and ensures you have every need taken care of.

I have dealt with Faulkner for 40 years....but at the Lancaster PA location. I have owned dozens of Oldsmobiles and then Chevrolet when the Olds line was phased out. We wanted to try a Buick this time and the deals there were available enticed me to switch...but I came a little out of my way to Harrisburg to deal with Faulkner.

The service team is always very kind and helpful. They go above and beyond to assist the customer.

Very much like your honest upfront pricing. No gameplaying. In addition, our salesman Rob was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure we understood our new vehicle.

The service manager was professional and curious. Repair was completed within the 1 hour that was stated it would take Only thing about this was that I received a recall notice from GMC and took 2 years to get the air bag. Glad I did not have an accident. Recall notice did not say what the recall was for.

Delay with Rob over the phone for a few weeks working out a deal. Went to the dealership everything went as agreed upon over the phone and everything went very smooth. Both Rob and the finance guy we dealt with were very professional and thorough.

The service department was able to install a new tire sensor and get my car up to date on necessary service needs. The Terrain was ready as promised and the car is running great!

I was greeted promptly and the Terrain was serviced and delivered back to me in a timely fashion.

No problems or issues. Everything went smooth.

I had a 7:30 appointment that I was scheduled to sit and wait for. At the last minute I changed it to a drop off and left my key in the night box- big mistake. I made the first reach to the service department 1:31PM when I hadn't heard anything. The car hadn't even been looked at, makes me wonder if they would have let me sit all morning in that waiting area or if it would have been prioritized to at least be seen. I was told I'd get a call back in 20-30 minutes, that call came at 3:39PM and even though I approved part of the work, they didn't have the part and wouldn't until the next day. The call that the work was done came at 4:25PM the next day, the wait it was handled was not ideal and the wait seems excessive to me. I was told loud sound of engine running was broken exhaust stud and gasket, car is makes negligibly less noise. My dash read that I need the oil changed, I had it changed somewhere else and they didn't reset the notification. I did tell the associate that, also pretty sure I asked if they could do the reset, it wasn't done. Not a huge deal but very annoying after starting the car and it still running so loud. When I got the call back letting me know of all the work needed to fix my issues I was informed of the repair needed to fix the squeaking noise from the back, it's about $800. I advised I wanted to put it off until next week/payday but wanted to schedule it (scheduling this appointment through the portal was not ideal as it pushed me back a week), I did ask if I could schedule it or if I had to use the portal. I was told to call them back the week before I wanted the work so they could order the part, this is the week before. Definitely wasn't made to feel like a valued customer this go round. Contemplating whether or not to continue as a service client and whether I'd even recommend the dealership as I prefer to be a one-stop-shop kind of customer. My rating is only as high as it is because I can't totally disregard past great experiences.

Friendly and knowledgable staff. Marco the salesman was cordial and did everything within his power to help us purchase a new vehicle, including coming in on his day off to go over the car's features.

This was the best experience I have ever had in buying a car.

John is great salesman my 2019 ford flex had been totaled I said to John I would like to get a GMC canyon but I wanted to wait till the 2026 come out he said no problem our sister dealership has two you just have to decide black or red

They always listen to my concerns and they talk down to me. And when I can't afford all the repairs I need, they let me know what can wait and what needs to done right away. Which for a single mom helps me so much.

The service team at Faulkner Buick GMC helped me out big time. It took a bit longer than I was expecting to get my SUV's battery replaced, but it was done and I am grateful. The whole process was smooth.

The Faulkner Service Dept. has done an exceptional job explaining the repair required and other work detailed that can be scheduled at that time or future. Key for me is that service personnel has tried to schedule appointment immediately when the repair required immediate attention. Kudos to Jeremey at Faulkner Paxton Street. On the other hand the Sales Dept., is missing big sales opportunities not acknowledging the customers waiting for car repairs.
